Project Description

Invasive Species Removal

CGS Contractors has worked closely with CEC Environmental ensuring the removal of invasive plant species including montbretia, wild garlic and winter heliotrope. We have been working on The Treloyhan Manor site in St Ives, to eradicate the invasive species for the new development that is commencing on the site.

CGS Contractors act by hand digging and double bagging the invasive species to stop the spread of the undesired plant and then remove this to a registered waste transfer facility. Due to the size of the site, we have worked on the removal of invasive species in separate phases including removing these plants from a wall adjacent to the main road into St Ives.
